Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced and motivated Service Administrator to join their friendly and professional team.

Role Overview:
As a Service Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our busy workshop operations. This is a key role that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare job cards and ensure accurate input of vehicle and customer data.

  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Order parts and manage stock levels for ongoing repairs.

  • Handle customer queries and provide regular updates on job progress.

  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with industry standards.

  • Support the service manager and technicians with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the motor trade or commercial vehicle sector.

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and workshop management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Pinnacle, or similar).

  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of HGVs or commercial vehicle repairs is a distinct advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.

  • Friendly, team-oriented working environment.

  • Opportunities for career development and training.
