Job description
We are currently looking for a Permanent Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team based in HD1. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records accurately
- Assist with any additional customer service duties as required
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work well within a team
