Internal Recruitment Specialist Role in Wakefield

What We’re Looking For:

  • A driven, engaging recruitment expert with a knack for building strong relationships and inspiring internal candidates.
  • Ideally, a degree in HR, business, or a related field, but your experience and passion for internal recruitment mean even more.
  • 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, whether in-house or within an agency.
  • Full UK Driving Licence with willingness to travel occasionally for internal recruitment needs.
  • Expertise in sourcing for a variety of roles and departments within the organization.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and HR policies.
  • A strategic marketer who can strengthen our internal employer brand and make us an employer of choice.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator in both written and verbal formats.
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver who thrives on finding the right fit.
