Production Operator
Carlton on Trent, Nottinghamshire
Mon – Friday day shift
£13.50 per hour
We seek skilled and dedicated Production operators to join our client dynamic team based at Carlton on Trent, Nottinghamshire NG23. The ideal Production Operatives candidates will have experience working with hand tools and tape measures and will be committed to maintaining high standards of quality in their work.
Salary and Hours:
- £13.50 per hour
- Mon – Thu 06.00 – 16:00, Fri 06.00 – 14:00
- Overtime available when required
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth production flow and meet project deadlines.
- Follow detailed operating procedures and engineering drawings to fabricate high-quality steel frames, balcony assemblies and aluminium panels.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Assist with general assembly duties as required, contributing to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- Experience with hand tools and tape measures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing top-quality work.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential.
