Route 1 is seeking a motivated and experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Birstall. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of your own desk, manage the full recruitment process, and make a significant impact in a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle from start to finish, including business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates, ensuring successful placements and long-term satisfaction.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales background with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong business development skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own desk.
- Previous experience in recruitment is highly desirable, but not essential for the right candidate with a strong sales background.
