We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our innovative structural steelwork company in Bradford BD4. The successful candidate will lead a team of six, ensuring quality control and efficient workflow within our Design & Build projects.
Salary and working hours:
- £13.50 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of six, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and resolve any issues.
- Report directly to the manager on team performance and project progress.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the steel or modular building industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to report effectively to management.
- Proactive and helpful attitude with a focus on team success.
