We are seeking a motivated and experienced CNC Operative specializing in laser cutting to join our team in Bradford BD4. The successful candidate will work within a dynamic environment focused on innovative Design & Build approaches to structural steelwork.
Salary and working hours:
- £13 per hour
- Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 08:00 - 14:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality steel components.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Ensure precision and quality in all laser-cut products.
- Maintain and perform routine checks on CNC equipment.
- Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar CNC laser cutting role is essential.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proactive and helpful attitude within a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
